"Mezze" are the embodiment of Arabic culture of enjoyment - small, cold and warm starters and intermediate dishes served in an avoidably infinite variety - that is oriental cuisine. Tabouleh, hummus, babaganoush, couscous are the beginnings of any palate pleasure.
