The Hotel has been build in 1820 and has been expanded throughout the years. After the Familiy of the Fischer’s has acquired the building, they added a butcher’s shop as well as guest rooms. Today. There is a modern bakery where the butcher’s shop used to be.
In 2006 the building has been renovated entirely on the outside and renewed the historical façade. The Hotel “Landgasthof Fischer” is located between Ulm and Memming, right next to Illertissen
