Bierhaus en d’r Salzgass – Kölsch, kitchen, and the real brewery atmosphere

The rooms are spread over several levels, with dark wood, small nooks, and long tables for larger groups – an organically grown brewpub, shaped by the city, guests, and history, that has preserved its original character to this day.

On tap is Päffgen Kölsch, brewed in the traditional way and known for its strong, full flavor. On Fridays and Saturdays, a personal 10-liter keg for self-pouring can also be ordered.

The focus is on the kitchen: schnitzel, Röggelchen, and Rhineland classics – served with the down-to-earth nature one expects from a genuine brewery. Seasonal menus and set offers complement the selection while preserving the unmistakable character of the house.
