Once upon a time there was a villa surrounded by palms, orchids and camellias. Together we started to dream: a journey through "Italian landscapes". Spring, summer, autumn and winter. Culinary experiences.

We are your proud hosts in this noble villa, whose beauty we pay homage to with an exquisitely prepared Italian cuisine. Our dishes are light, interesting and sometimes simply extraordinary.

It is our pleasure to serve you with the delicious delicacies of our homeland Ferrara, the region of Emilia Romagna in Italy. Our aim is to arouse your curiosity about the real Italian cuisine - varied and using seasonally fresh ingredients. In addition to seasonal salads, we offer many light meals and menus. For example, a summer dish contains delicious zucchini in full bloom, stuffed with courgette meat and seasoned with fresh garlic.

A special choice for pasta lovers are, depending on the season, our homemade cappellacci filled with fresh pumpkin or the tortelli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, refined enriched with sage butter and Parmigiano Reggiano. In addition to Mediterranean delicacies from the sea, such as the scallops on rocket and tomato salad or the carpaccio of octopus with warm asparagus salad, we also serve fresh fish. You can enjoy the pink roasted tuna fish in a pepper-herb crust or the poached turbot fillet with individual side dishes, such as chicory and gnocchi stewed in orange juice. Selected meats and poultry of the highest quality are processed with the addition of refined ingredients to prepare dishes such as Cerdo Iberico chop with grilled vegetables and potato parmesan tartlets.
