Enjoy great food made with local mustard in the Restaurant Schnabuleum in the historic mustard mill in Monschau.
Come and enjoy our lovely restored heritage building on two floor, the cosy atmosphere and the delicious mustard meals made by our master chef.
Hearty local dishes from the Eifel, thoughtful fish meals as well as exceptional creations and our offers for vegetarians complete our menu. On the extensive wine menu you find the perfect additional wines - German and international - selected by the owner and mustard manufacturer Guido Breuer. Spoil yourself!
Under the slogan "Delicious cooking with mustard" all dishes are refined with Mourade de Montjoie, our Monschau mustard. We offer a special menu with meals made from local ingredients, which are cultivated, growns or produced in the region, like the Moutarde de Montjoie.
We, the restaurateurs, farmers and vintners, want you to feel comfortable in our region and enjoy your stay with all your senses. We put together a "Eifel-menu" which gets you in the mood for culinary home.
If you eat from the menu you contribute to the stabilization and preservation of the agriculture. The attractive holiday region can only be preserved with the producing agriculture.
